Acceptance of general conditions of sale
The contract between Net-Wifi and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of order by the Net-Wifi. Such acceptance is considered tacit. Placing an order in the manner provided, you represent that you have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment below. It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.
Price and Availability
Prices and availability indicated in the catalog are subject to depletion of stocks and are subject to change without notice. By submitting the order form you will receive an automatic e-mail with the order confirmation. This e-mail has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the order. Given the particular rapidity of change in the computer market, it is possible that some offers or articles, are in the meantime sold or have suffered changes in features or price. Shipping
The transport costs are borne by the customer, and vary according to the chosen delivery service, which envisages this possibility, in the purchase order. Transportation costs are indicated in the order summary page. Shipments are normally processed (barring unforeseen circumstances and stock availability) within 24 hours from receipt of order (promptly notify the customer of any delay of the shipment). The delivery times indicated are not binding. They simply indicate the period of time that is deemed to be necessary to deliver the goods from the moment of delivery to the courier charge (delivery times declared by the shipper). Net-wifi is not responsible for any theft / loss and / or damage of parcels attributable to the carrier. Net-wifi will ensure proper packaging for each shipment.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer client (natural person acting for purposes not related to their professional activity eventually carried out) has the right of withdrawal to be exercised within 14 days from the delivery date of goods (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree. 21/2014). The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer. The customer must ship the item in its original packaging, complete with all the necessary accessories, no signs of use. After notice of withdrawal, Net-Wifi will quickly inform the customer instructions how to return the goods to be sent to Net-Wifi within 10 days from the authorization. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), where Net-Wifi finds: - The lack of external and / or internal packaging; - The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.); - The product is damaged for causes other than its transport. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Net-Wifi will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
In accordance with article 59, letter. c) and d) of the italian customer's consumption, code consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for packaged products to specifications or clearly personalized. Also, it can not exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed software that have been unsealed after delivery (art. 59 letter i of customer's consumption).
Warranty
The warranty for purchase by private consumers has a period of 24 months from the date stated in the original receipt for purchase by companies / professionals the estimated duration is 12 months from the date of invoice. The purchase invoice / receipt always attached to each shipping must be preserved, for it is the only document and requested by Net-wifi purposes usufruct of the Guarantee. Products sold by Net-Wifi are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and our 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, according to Italian LD 24/02. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided as explained in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following inspection by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from authorized, as well as transportation costs, if supported by Net-Wifi. The guarantee of 24 months according to Italian LD 24/02 is applied to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, Net-Wifi provides, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of price, until the termination of the contract. If, following inspection by an Authorized Service Center, the defect should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/02, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from authorized, as well as transportation costs if incurred by Net-wifi. The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the manufacturer's policies. In the event that, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), Net-Wifi will proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics. No damage can be obtained from Net-Wifi for any delays in repairs or replacements. In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the customer (at his expense) in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables , etc...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put in a second box; It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product. The shipping costs for the return to Net-wifi are charged to the customer, the expenses of return to it are borne by Net-wifi. To take advantage of the guarantee must be sent to Net-wifi, by email or fax the request of R.M.A module (Returned Merchandise Authorization). The form sent will contain all the instructions for starting the procedure. It must be completed in its entirety and re-sent to Net-wifi via email or fax. We will not accept consignments of goods without return authorization code.

Responsibility
The buyer with the order assumes responsibility for compliance with the law and Safety on the use of the products purchased.
